  1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
    Unless otherwise indicated, this website www.parashenterprises.in (“Website”) and its contents are the property of Parash Enterprises, whose registered office is situated at Bali Bhagat Complex – 2, Beside Durga Mandir, Kathal More, Ranchi-835303 (JH). The Website is an online service provided by Parash Enterprises, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Website.

Parash Enterprises may modify this contract at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified contract on the Website. You agree to review the contract periodically to be aware of such modifications, and your continued access or use of the Website shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified contract.

All products, services, and information displayed on the Website constitute an “invitation to offer.” Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer,” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed hereunder. Parash Enterprises reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and we have debited your credit or debit card (“Contract”).

All our products include physiotherapy machines, occupational therapy equipment, slimming products, rehabilitation equipment, orthotic goods, surgical equipment, and other medical devices.

  1. ELIGIBILITY
    Use of the Website is available only to persons who can enter into legally valid contracts in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor, i.e., under the age of 18 years, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

  2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
    You understand that, except for information, products, or services clearly identified as being supplied by Parash Enterprises, the Website does not operate, control, or endorse any information, products, or services on the Internet in any way. Parash Enterprises cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Website will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other code that manifests contaminating or destructive properties.

You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the Website and the internet. The Website provides the site and related information and Parash Enterprises does not make any express or implied warranties, representations, or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the service, any merchandise information, or service provided through the Website. Parash Enterprises shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any such transaction.

  1. CREDIT CARD DETAILS
    You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card or debit card details provided by you for availing of services and product(s) on the Website will be correct and accurate. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card or debit card details to Parash Enterprises. We undertake that your credit card or debit card information will not be utilized and shared by Parash Enterprises with any third parties unless required for fraud verification or by applicable law. Parash Enterprises will not be liable for any credit card or debit card fraud.

  2. YOUR CONDUCT
    You agree and confirm:

  • In case of non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by you, any extra cost incurred by Parash Enterprises for re-delivery shall be claimed from you.
  • You will provide authentic and true information wherever required.
  • The addresses at which product(s) are to be delivered will be correct and proper in all respects.
  • Before placing an order, you will check the product(s) description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the product description.

  1. PAYMENTS
    Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or net banking. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card. Goods will not be dispatched until this check has been completed. If an error in pricing is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If you cancel and have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

  2. TRADEMARKS
    The entire contents of the Website are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Parash Enterprises owns all copyrights and trademarks associated with its business. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the Website.

  3. SHIPPING POLICY
    Parash Enterprises is not liable for any delay in delivery by courier/postal authorities. Delivery of all orders will be made at the address mentioned at the time of order.

  • Orders are shipped within 4-15 working days or as per the agreed delivery date.
  • Products over 2.5 kg may be shipped by surface transport with increased delivery time.
  • All items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per applicable laws.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9. CANCELLATION AND RETURN

I. Cancellation

a) Parash Enterprises believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing an order and if we have not already dispatched the goods.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the ‘Same Day Delivery’ category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for products that Parash Enterprises has obtained on special days, like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • Parash Enterprises does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.
  • Parash Enterprises does not accept cancellation requests for consumables like nutrition and diabetic supplements and tests.

b) Cancellation/returns may not be possible for certain products under the following conditions:

  • Damages due to misuse of product(s).
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product(s).
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
  • Any damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer’s or vendor’s warranty.
  • Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging (if any), and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
  • Any wearable product that has been worn, washed, tags removed, stained from trying on, or shows any type of damage, including odor or smell of smoke.
  • For hygiene reasons, toilet and personal care products are non-returnable.

c) Parash Enterprises has the right to determine the condition of product(s) for refundability or exchangeability.

II. Return & Refund Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive damaged/defective product(s) or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such cases, before using the product(s), please contact our Customer Service Team at parashenterprises2023@gmail.com.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product(s).

a) Conditions for return:

  • Notify us of the receipt of damaged/defective product(s) within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery.
  • Product(s) should be unused.
  • Product(s) should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
  • The return packets should be strongly and adequately packed to prevent further damage during transit.
  • Specific product(s) offered by our registered vendors may have a different return policy. Please check the policies and terms on the Website at the time of purchase.
  • Unless the product(s) are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of recovering the product(s) from you. Such costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

b) Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed after receipt of the returned product by Parash Enterprises, its registered vendor, or authorized personnel.
  • Orders paid by credit card or debit card will be refunded within 7 (seven) working days of the return process completion.
  • Orders paid via net banking will be credited back within 7 (seven) working days of the return process completion.
  • Refunds will be made if replacement is not possible.

c) The Return Process:

  1. Email us at parashenterprises2023@gmail.com with the order number and reason for return.
  2. We will inform you when the return pickup will be scheduled by our logistics partner.
  3. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags attached.
  4. Cover your address label with the Parash Enterprises address: Bali Bhagat Complex – 2, Beside Durga Mandir, Kathal More, Ranchi-835303 (JH)
  5. Keep your courier receipt safely as proof of return.

If a rare product is specially ordered for a customer, it may be on a no-return/refund basis. Customers will be informed at the time of purchase.

a) Status of linking policy:

  • Parash Enterprises welcomes links to its Website as long as they comply with the terms of this linking policy.
  • By using this Website, you agree to abide by this linking policy.

b) Links to this Website:

  • Links should not be misleading.
  • Appropriate link text should be used.

  • Parash Enterprises is not responsible for the content of third-party websites.

11. JURISDICTION AND ARBITRATION

  • This Contract shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
  • Any disputes will be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed by Parash Enterprises.
  • The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Parash Enterprises is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of its services.
  • Parash Enterprises does not control third-party websites linked from its site and assumes no responsibility for them.

13. TERMINATION

  • Parash Enterprises may suspend or terminate your use of the Website if any terms are breached.
  • You remain liable for any products or services ordered before termination.

14. INDEMNITY

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parash Enterprises and its representatives from any claims or losses arising from your actions.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

  • Any claim related to the service must be commenced within one year.
  • Parash Enterprises may assign its rights and duties under this Contract at any time without notice.
  • If any provision of this Contract is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in effect.
